Father Ted, qui in streaming anche per pc e smartphone, è una serie TV inglese del 1995. Tre parroci risiedono sull’isolata isola di Craggy Island, al largo della costa occidentale dell’Irlanda, nella commedia irlandese Father Ted. Padre Jack Hackett, Padre Dougal Maguire, Padre Ted Crilly e la loro governante Mrs. Doyle, ossessionata dalla preparazione del tè, sono i quattro personaggi principali. Ted è stato condannato all’ergastolo sull’isola perché ha fatto una vacanza a Las Vegas usando i fondi destinati a un bambino malato – ovviamente, “i soldi erano solo appoggiati sul suo conto”.
